Three league records sit under one name. Eric Denny has 32 wins across all events he has entered, $11,506 in career prize money and 341 knockouts — each of them the most anybody has managed. 21 of those wins came on the regular-season through-line, four clear of the next man.

He owns seven trophies, more than any player in league history: the Canterberry League Championship in 2009-10 and again a decade later in 2019-20, the Eight Deuce Player of the Year in 2025, the Annual in 2025, and the World Series of Parker in 2017-18, 2023 and 2025. Nobody else has taken that series more than once. Ten wins from twenty WSOP starts is not a run of luck.

2025 was the year it all arrived together. Seven wins inside twelve months — more than any player has managed in a single calendar year. The Player of the Year when the season closed in October, and the Annual a month later: thirteen runners, eight of them busted by his own hand, and when it came down to heads-up with David Doole it was finished in one minute and forty-eight seconds, the shortest heads-up match in Annual history. $580 in prize money, the biggest single payday of his career.

None of it came quickly. The first win took seventeen tournaments, back at Canterberry #14 in September 2009, and there were twenty-seven months in the middle of his career without one. He has been to heads-up 44 times and won 32. Nineteen years in, Eric is still adding to every record he holds.
